Maternity leave

In addition to the Australian Government Paid Parental Leave Scheme, we will top up your pay for the first 12 weeks to ensure you receive your full base salary. We will continue to pay you half your base salary for the proceeding 12 weeks

Every year we close our offices for the Christmas break. This period is in addition to your accrued entitlements.

We allow our staff to go into a negative leave allowance, within reason, meaning you do not need to have accrued leave before taking a holiday.

Scrap the suit and tie, all we ask is that employee are dressed appropriately for any last minute client or candidate meetings

In addition to your entitlements from Services Australia, we offer additional paid leave to both Primary & Secondary carers when it comes to having a baby or adopting.
