What You’ll Be Doing:
- Creating scalable BI dashboards and automated reports using Power BI and Databricks.
- Supporting rollout of a modern data platform across multiple brands.
- Translating complex business questions into actionable insights and visualisations.
- Working with business teams to deliver proof-of-concept models and performance reporting.
- Uplifting existing data assets, driving data consistency and reusability.
- Partnering with Data Engineering to enhance data quality and usability.
- Championing best practices in BI design, data governance, and stakeholder engagement.
What You’ll Bring:
- ’Experience in Insights, BI and data analytics roles within complex organisations sitting within Finance.
- Strong SQL and Excel skills, with hands-on DAX and Power Query expertise.
- Proven ability to build insightful, scalable dashboards in Power BI.
- Experience with data modelling and visual storytelling.
- A knack for stakeholder engagement—confident working with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Exposure to cloud data tools (Databricks, Azure, AWS) is a plus.
- Experience in retail, finance, or sales environments is desirable.
