• Client Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, building strong relationships and fostering clear communication.
• Requirements Elicitation: Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to thoroughly understand client business processes, challenges, and objectives related to application modernisation.
• Requirements Analysis: Analyse and document business requirements, functional and non-functional specifications, use cases, and user stories with a high degree of accuracy and clarity.
• Solution Design Support: Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective and feasible solution designs.
• Process Mapping and Improvement: Map current state and future state business processes, identifying opportunities for optimisation and efficiency gains through application modernisation.
• Testing Support: Participate in testing activities, including the creation of test scenarios and the validation of implemented solutions against documented requirements.
• Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements specifications, process flows, and user guides.

• Proven experience (typically 6+ years) as a Senior Business Analyst, ideally with exposure to software implementation projects.
• Experience in managing aspects of client-facing software implementations, including planning, coordination, and issue resolution.
• Strong understanding of application modernisation concepts, methodologies, and technologies (e.g., cloud migration, re-platforming, re-architecting).
• Excellent requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation skills.
• Business analysis certifications (e.g., IIBA CBAP, PMI-PBA)
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or information technology
