As a key member of the implementation team, you will work closely with clients, project managers and technical teams to understand business needs, translate them into clear and actionable requirements and ensure the delivery of solutions that drive significant value.

Key Responsibilities: - Client Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, building strong relationships and fostering clear communication.
- Requirements Elicitation: Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to thoroughly understand client business processes, challenges, and objectives related to application modernisation.
- Requirements Analysis: Analyse and document business requirements, functional and non-functional specifications, use cases, and user stories with a high degree of accuracy and clarity.
- Solution Design Support: Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective and feasible solution designs.
- Process Mapping and Improvement: Map current state and future state business processes, identifying opportunities for optimisation and efficiency gains through application modernisation.
- Testing Support: Participate in testing activities, including the creation of test scenarios and the validation of implemented solutions against documented requirements.
- Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements specifications, process flows, and user guides.
About you: - Proven experience (typically 6+ years) as a Senior Business Analyst, ideally with exposure to software implementation projects.
- Experience in managing aspects of client-facing software implementations, including planning, coordination, and issue resolution.
- Strong understanding of application modernisation concepts, methodologies, and technologies (e.g., cloud migration, re-platforming, re-architecting).
- Excellent requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation skills.
- Business analysis certifications (e.g., IIBA CBAP, PMI-PBA)
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or information technology
