Senior Architect - AI/Martech - Melbourne - Hybrid

You will ensure that customer needs drive business. As a key connection between Sales, Tech, Product, and Marketing, ensuring that the voices of our customers are heard and reflected in our strategies.

  
This is an opportunity to drive enterprise and solution architecture to maximize the value of software investments. This role involves architecting comprehensive solutions that integrate our products with other critical business systems, providing strategic recommendations to optimize operations.



Engaging with senior executives, including CEOs, CFOs, and CTOs/CIOs, this role requires identifying key business drivers and challenges. It plays a crucial part in driving Sales and Services success, fostering executive-level relationships, and delivering strategic insights. As part of a team of product evangelists, this role leads cross-functional initiatives to enhance customer experience and success.


  
What we are looking for:

  

• Develop and deliver high-quality, end-to-end solution architecture and design for complex customers.
• Document architecture and design, balancing business objectives with budget and time constraints.
• Engage in strategic conversations with prospects and customers, including senior executives and subject matter experts.
• Conduct business system and solution reviews, mapping current state processes and designing future-state solutions.
• Prepare key deliverables such as business process maps, system architecture diagrams, solution scope and design documents, transformation roadmaps, migration strategies, proposal inputs, and change management plans.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for strategic and high-potential accounts, driving business development and customer growth on our platform.
• Develop and implement reusable intellectual property to enhance delivery efficiency, quality, and customer time to value.

  

Key Qualifications
  

• Significant industry experience, including experience in Solution Architecture with a specific focus on Martech and including real-world AI “Productionisation” experience.
• Expertise in defining solution scope, architecture, and design.
• Strong facilitation and coordination skills, with experience in leading workshops and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven success in developing and executing business strategies, driving revenue growth, and meeting business targets.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve strategic business outcomes.
• Skilled in driving cross-functional collaboration to enhance customer success and satisfaction.
