The Role

Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the product vision, strategy and roadmap for AI-enabled initiatives
- Leading product discovery, prioritisation and delivery across multiple workstreams
- Partnering with data science, analytics and engineering teams to deliver scalable AI solutions
- Engaging senior stakeholders across digital, technology, supply chain and commercial functions
- Driving customer-centric, data-led decision making
- Managing governance, risk and compliance expectations within an ASX-listed environment
- Measuring product success through clear commercial and operational KPIs
- Proven experience in a Product Lead / Senior Product Manager role
- Background in FMCG, Retail or similarly complex enterprise environments
- Strong exposure to AI, machine learning, data platforms or advanced analytics products
- Experience working within ASX-listed or highly regulated organisations
- Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Comfortable leading in ambiguity and influencing at executive level
- $180,000 per annum salary package
