We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant / Principal to join our implementation team, supporting the rollout of market‑leading Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions with a focus on time & attendance, payroll, and scheduling.
This is a fast‑paced consulting position where you’ll be empowered to solve real business problems, work directly with clients, and translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.
The role guides the overall design and delivery of solutions to meet customer requirements and provides direction to project team members throughout the implementation lifecycle (planning, discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, post go‑live support).

What you’ll get to do
- Support project teams in validating customer business requirements and mapping them to HCM functionality.
- Design and document innovative solutions to address customer needs.
- Guide configuration of applications to align with business requirements.
- Lead internal project meetings and provide progress updates.
- Collaborate with enterprise clients across ANZ to implement modules.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand rules related to time tracking, scheduling, compliance, and labor policies.
- Troubleshoot configuration issues and identify root causes.
- Participate in client workshops, design reviews, and testing cycles.
- A professional with 6+ years of consulting and implementation experience in HCM applications.
- 4+ years in a Consultant role working with HCM solutions.
- Experienced with one or more of: PeopleSoft, ADP, Employment Hero, Tanda, ELMO, Kronos, SuccessFactors (experience with multiple platforms highly regarded).
