Long‑Term Contract + Monthly Overseas Travel**
We’re partnering with a leading bank as they embark on a major digital transformation program, and we’re looking for an experienced Change Manager to help shape, deliver, and embed change across the organisation.
This is a long‑term contract role offering the chance to work on one of the most significant digital uplift programs in the sector. The position also includes monthly overseas travel, giving you the opportunity to work closely with offshore teams and stakeholders.
About the Role
As the Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the bank’s digital transformation is understood, adopted, and sustained across business units. You’ll work closely with program leadership, product owners, technology teams, and frontline stakeholders to deliver a structured, people‑centred change approach.
You’ll be responsible for assessing impacts, building readiness, driving adoption, and supporting teams through new digital platforms, processes, and ways of working.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and deliver a comprehensive change strategy aligned to program objectives
- Conduct change impact assessments across business, operations, and customer‑facing teams
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and influence alignment across the bank
- Lead communication, engagement, and training activities to support adoption
- Prepare business units for go‑live, cutover, and post‑implementation stabilisation
- Support Agile delivery teams with clear, actionable change insights
- Track readiness, adoption, and success metrics, providing regular reporting to leadership
- Collaborate with offshore teams during monthly international travel
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a Change Manager delivering large‑scale digital or technology transformations
- Strong background in banking or financial services
- Ability to translate complex technical change into clear business impacts
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills
- Familiarity with change methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)
- Willingness and ability to travel overseas on a monthly basis
